Catherine was admitted to the Shenandoah University Conservatory, where she earned her degree in Fine Arts in Dance, as well as the Terpsichore Award upon graduation in dance, which increased the visibility and prestige of the dance division thanks to her efforts as a working artist. Colleen has a degree in Theater and Dance with a specialization in Musical Theater from James Madison University and is represented by the CESD Talent Agency. Victoria began her dance career at age 5 in a studio in Burke, Virginia, where she trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, contemporary music and hip hop. Catherine was a featured dancer at the Russian Dance Trepak with the Fairfax Ballet Company's Nutcracker.

After graduating from high school, Sam dedicated himself to training intensively in hip-hop and continued to compete with Adrenaline's Open All Male team, and was once again in the top five in the Dance World Cup. Monica grew up in Cincinnati dancing competitively and then went on to a brief professional dance career before realizing that she was born to teach and create a community. Elizabeth taught creative dance, jazz, and ballet at the Dance Expressions Dance Studio. After sharing equipment for a few months, it was quickly recognized that both had a dream embedded deep in their guts that they would one day own their own dance studio.

In her final year, she was president of the National Honor Society for the Dance Arts and presented her research in dance science at its annual conference in Phoenix, Arizona. He likes to teach and perform in all styles, but most of all he loves to see dancers grow in technique and art. She is a certified dance judge for the NDA, the Maryland Dance Circuit, and the UPA Nationals, and has been a judge at the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders and Wizards dance team auditions. After returning to Virginia, Sam began training dance teams and teaching at Adrenaline Dance Studio.

Together, these two women are training brilliant dancers by raising them in a dance community where everyone matters.
